Our sets of methods used in training place considerable emphasis on the adult literacy techniques and processes. We are equipped with modern, state of the art teaching/learning aids. Our learning and teaching methods include simulation, Discussion, Role-Play, Case Study, Lecture, Business Games, Management Games, Mock Sessions, and Syndicates.
Importantly, we also employ and adapt to the socio-cultural peculiarities of participants in programme design and delivery. Such involves the use of local language for delivery where necessary to optimize programme impact. This helps to facilitate understanding and comprehension in our rural community-based programmes.

The advent of democracy in Nigeria in the last ten (10) years has ushered in helping hands from development partners. Along with this are the need for nascent management best practices, welfare enhancing methods, proactive service delivery methods and new and improved governance and governed interface ultimately leading to higher level of articulation of resource utilization and accountability thereby ensuring human development.
