The advent of democracy in Nigeria in the last ten years has ushered in helping hands from development partners. Along with this are the need for critical management best practices, welfare enhancing methods, proactive service delivery methods and new and improved governance and governed interface. This will ultimately lead to higher level of articulation of resource utilization and accountability thereby ensuring human development. It is on record that our firm has squared-up to this reality and has successfully implemented training and consultancy projects for many organizations. Chief among these organizations are various tiers of the Nigerian Government, Development and Donor Agencies, as well as Poverty Reduction Projects. Equally, we have handled training in the organized private sector for multinational companies and Small and Medium Enterprises.
